These General Conditions and the Privacy Policy govern the use of website www.coconutappeal.com (hereinafter "the Website") from which Coconut Technologies SL is the owner. Coconut Technologies SL is a limited company established in the Street Peñalara of Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain, provided NIF number B86399805, registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid on February 15, 2012, in Volume 29620, Folio 165, registration 1 with M-533 075 sheet, being one of its trademarks Coconut Appeal. The use by the customer of the services of the Website of Coconut Technologies SL presupposes, in any event, the acceptance of these General Conditions at the moment of purchase. It is therefore appropriate that the client read these Terms and Conditions prior to making a purchase. Scope of the contract The General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all products from Coconut Technologies through the website, to consumers in the European Union over 18 years. Price Prices for the products offered are those published on the website on the date of purchase. All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable and transport within the European Union. In cases of sending to other countries, shipping charge and possible customs fees will be responsibility of the buyer, who will have to pay for them when receiving the product. Payment All purchases can be paid with Visa ®, MasterCard ® or American Express ®, and 4B debit card or 4B Maestro (which implies an automatic charge), PayPal system or by direct transfer to the account of Coconut Technologies SL In any case, the choice of means of payment is made during the buying process, in the corresponding screen. The purchase amount will be charged on the credit card over the seven days of the request. The official currency of Coconut Technologies SL is the Euro. For any purchase made in another currency, the exchange operator will depend on the customer's card. Product availability All orders are subject to product availability. If incidents occur in their supply or are no longer in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and will reimburse any amount that could be paid. Receipt of purchase requests Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery There will be no shipments or deliveries on holidays. Delivery will be made in the direction indicated by the buyer, not being able to send the products to PO boxes. In any case the identification of the person to whom the product is directed will be required by an official document. The delivery time indicated on the Website is indicative and is valid only for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Despite the efforts of Coconut Technologies SL to meet the deadline will not be responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or other reasons beyond the company. Changes policy All our products follow stringent quality control processes that enable ensure delivery in perfect condition. Despite this, if the purchaser detects a flaw or defect in a product, it may ask to change it. The buyer has 7 days from the date of receipt to inform Coconut Technologies its change. The change will be exclusively by another identical product (make, size and color). The costs of returning the defective product are assumed by the buyer. Coconut Technologies will assume the cost of shipping the new product. Only one change is accepted per product. To make the change, the product must be in perfect conditions, in the original packaging and with its tags intact. I can't be used or put in contact with skin at all before being returned. To start the process of change you must notify us at info @ coconutappeal.com indicating the name, order number and product code change, explaining the reasons for the change. The customer service department of Coconut Technologies SL will respond within a maximum of 2 days. Return policy: Under current legislation in Spain (Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19), due to hygienic reasons, Coconut Technologies SL will not accept the return of intimate goods. In the case of a defect, policies to follow are set forth in the preceding paragraph. Invoice The purchase invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer. |
